Open the appBecause CycleSync is local-first, most issues are device-side and don't depend on a server. The only cloud-touched service is subscription verification via RevenueCat.
Operational. Receipt verification, entitlement sync, and restore-purchases are working normally. Last incident: none in the last 90 days.
Operational. App downloads, updates, and store-side purchases are managed by Apple and Google respectively. If you can't download or update, the issue is on the store side.
Operational. CycleSync reads from Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Apple Health, and Google Health Connect directly. If integration isn't working, check app permissions first.

iOS: Settings โ Apple ID โ Subscriptions โ CycleSync โ Cancel. Android: Play Store โ Profile โ Payments & subscriptions โ Subscriptions โ CycleSync โ Cancel. You can also use the Manage Subscription link on the Profile screen in the app to be deep-linked to the right page.
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google. On iOS, report a problem at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, request a refund in the Play Store order history. We cannot issue refunds directly because we don't see your payment information.
On your device. CycleSync does not sync to a server, does not have an account system, and does not require a login. To export, open the app and go to Profile โ Export Data. To delete, uninstall the app.
1) Verify CycleSync has calendar permission in your system settings. 2) Verify the calendar you want to see is enabled in CycleSync โ Settings โ Calendar. 3) Force-quit and re-open the app. 4) If the issue persists, email us with your device model and OS version.
Check three places: (1) CycleSync โ Settings โ Notifications โ make sure the types you want are enabled. (2) iOS Settings โ CycleSync โ Notifications, or Android Settings โ Apps โ CycleSync โ Notifications. (3) Your system Focus / Do Not Disturb mode, which can suppress scheduled notifications.
Email support@cyclesync.app with a description, screenshots if possible, your device model, OS version, and CycleSync version (visible on the Profile screen). Or use the in-app Send Feedback option on the Profile screen.
